the room had a good size. the bathroom was lovely. i found the shower to be great.
the bed was small and uncomfortable. a green led light on the smoke alarm kept the room lit. the restaurant food seemed reheated and was quite expensive.

i found the highland soap company toiletries especially luxurious the location proved amazing for seeing ben nevis and nearby activities also the modern design felt very functional and clean i really enjoyed my time here. it reminded me of home.
getting hold of staff during the day before my stay was difficult as i needed restaurant information i tried calling multiple times with no luck it caused some unnecessary stress

The hotel is warm. Rooms have equipment that you need. The manager Louisa was helpful after an accident occurred. I appreciated her support and willingness to assist.
The bed was SMALL, with only one pillow.

Totally Awesome Stay! Room With Mountain View Is Da Bomb!

The room had a good size and a ensuite. I totally loved the mountain view I got. Food in the cafe for breakfast and lunch was available. It was at a reasonable price which is great. The staff was also super friendly and informative, so I appreciated that.
Beds are very tiny and I only got one pillow. The TV didnt work unless I connected my phone which is no advertised.
